One Minor Fix

Having two boys share a room means a lot more clothes in the one closet. All of the sweaters have been on the floor since we unpacked winter things. Last weekend (before Christmas), I finally remembered to ask Wade to install a second rod. Perfect! Now their closet is functional (and tidy)!

Paducah Christmas – Round Two

The boys couldn’t wait to get to Gram’s house. They love to see her and they knew she had presents! Then Matt stopped by on his way out of town! My high school friends squeezed in a visit. Then it was time for all of Mom’s family to come for dinner. Whew what a day!

Ho Ho Ho

We started the morning with Santa. Then we moved on to a family breakfast before family gifts. A before and after picture is always fun. The balcony in this house makes it even better!

Cookie Making

We started a new tradition last year (our first Christmas at home). We spend the afternoon of Christmas Eve making sugar cookies for Santa. The boys love picking the shapes, stealing bites of dough, and decorating the cookies. Santa seemed to enjoy the few we left for him too.
