Happy Father’s Day

June 21st, 2009

Wade got up early to take Matt and Krista to the airport. Then he came home and we all slept for a few more hours before church. We managed a “dressed up picture”:

Emelia had her baptism today and most of the Young Couples group was in attendance. We chatted and talked a bit before heading home for a lazy afternoon. Wade is having some quality time with Alex while I try to get some work done:

The Cool Room

June 20th, 2009

Warm weather has hit Milwaukee with a vengenace. These are the days we wish we had air conditioning. Wade did install the window units in our room and the guest room for Krista and Matt. Happy Times

Sunday Happenings

June 14th, 2009

The Young Couples group at church was hosting Fellowship hour again. We arrived on time and had a lot of fun talking with everyone. Alex and Emelia were both awake at the same time. Emelia is 10 weeks old and 24.5 inches long – the same length as Alex. Alex is 2-3 pounds heavier, but not much.

After church we all took a long nap and then went for a walk:

Just in case you didn’t notice, I’ll point out that Alex and I are wearing the same shirts (from Threadless):
