RSSI just made awesome Ginger cookies. I have been consistently treating myself to a ginger cookie at Alterra every time I go to the mall. I dragged Krista with me last week and she said the cookies were similar to her mother’s. I tried her recipe tonight – yum!
The recipe:
¾ c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
4 T molasses
2 t. soda
1 t. cinnamon
½ t. cloves
1 t. ginger
¼ t. salt
2 c sugar
Roll in sugar and bake at 375 for 9-10 minutes.
